Architects
We work alongside architects, not instead of them.
We bring site experience and our in-house design team for design management, costing and site coordination. The design, the client relationship and the credit stay with you.
Your client stays your client
- The design stays yoursWe don’t redesign your scheme. Our design team handles the details and the questions from site.
- The client stays yoursYou stay their architect. We never approach them for design work, on this project or the next.
- The credit stays yoursOn the drawings, the photos and the write-up.
- It’s in writingRoles are agreed before we start. How the appointments sit is agreed in writing before anything starts - design stays with you.
What we take on
- Early cost checks, while the design can still change
- Costing as the design develops
- Buildability review
- Trade packages from real quotes
- Site coordination and managing the build

Working alongside the architect
On our London HQ project, we run project management and cost alongside the architect.
